Relief ready is a user-friendly mobile job logging application designed
specifically for relief teachers in Australia, to easily track and manage your relief teaching jobs one convenient place.
Is to provide a secure and efficient way for relief teachers to log and track their jobs. Simplify time and attendance tracking for accurate payment processing.
1. Relief Teacher: An individual who provides teaching services on a casual or temporary basis to schools.
2. School Administrator: A school staff member responsible for managing relief teacher bookings, schedules, and payments.

Relief Ready reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relief Ready, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
1. The laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia govern these Terms and Conditions.
2. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
4. The seat of the arbitration shall be Brisbane, Queensland.
5. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Relief Ready, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for: – Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. – Loss of data, business, or profits. – Damages arising from use or inability to use the app.
3. Maximum Liability: Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
4. Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services, including: – External links. – Integrated services (e.g., payment gateways). – User interactions with third-party providers.
5. User Conduct: You are responsible for: – Your interactions with other users. – Compliance with applicable laws. – Any harm or damage caused by your actions.

Trial Period: 14-day free trial available for new subscribers.
Subscription Plans: The app offers different subscription plans. You can find details about the pricing, features, and subscription duration within the app.
Payment: Payment for subscriptions will be processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play’s Billing system and charged to your respective account.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are auto-renewable. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will renew at the same price and duration.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by managing your subscription settings in your Apple or Google account. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All transactions are final, and no refunds will be provided, except as required by law or platform-specific policies (e.g., Google or Apple refund policies).
Changes to Subscription Plans: We reserve the right to modify the subscription offerings, including pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Subscription Acceptance: By subscribing to Relief Ready, users acknowledge acceptance of these Payment Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any service features or content without notice. We are not responsible for any interruptions or downtime that might affect your subscription or app usage.
